Chef Markus and his team spoil our guests with South Tyrolean specialities and the cucina italiana (Italian cuisine). Every day, we serve you a romantic candlelit dinner with a fantastic 4 or 5-course set dinner, plus a large buffet with hearty fresh salads and appetisers. Another highlight is the cheese buffet with specialities from the region. On Sundays, a gala dinner awaits you and once a week, the kitchen team spoils you with sweet delicacies from the buffet.
