Information

• Our prices are quoted per person and day/week with ¾ indulge board
• Reservation is only regarded as final after you’re receiving our confirmation per fax, e-mail or mail. We demand a deposit for your booking. You can carry out the down payment by postal order or by bank transfer.
• We are willing to reserve a special type of room but unfortunately we cannot reserve special room numbers or floors.
• If dinner is not demanded, 11 € per person will be deduced.
• We calculate 5 € per day for a parking place in the garage (The garage is included for the Suite Alpenschlössl and Suite Katharina).
• Arrival/Departure:
  On the arrival day the rooms will be available from 2.30 p.m. On your departure day we please you to leave the room until 11 a.m. In case of your belated arrival, after 6 p.m., we please to give a quick advice. Thank you very much. Depending on the availability a late-check-out is possible against an extra charge of 25 € per person.
• Dogs:
  We please for your understanding for your dog is only accepted after checked this with us and that it has no access to the dining room, lounges and the wellness and beauty area. For your pet we calculate 10 € per day, without dog food. Please bring your own rug or basket.
• Gluten-free and lactose-free fare on request.
• Cancellation
  In case of a cancellation up to 6 weeks before the holiday beginning, we will charge nothing. From the 6th week the prepayment expires in our favour. In case of a cancellation within 6 weeks before your arrival 70 % of the entire arrangement price will be charged if the booked room can not be resold. The same will be the case of a belated arrival or anticipated departure.
  
• Only written cancellations are valid
• CANCELLATION INSURANCE:
  It is an irritating situation for everyone, if someone withdrawals in the last minute and we have a free room even though others liked to come.
  Therefore we highly recommend a cancellation insurance;
• What, if suddenly something happens and changes the situation of a planned holiday? An insurance helps at least with the incurred costs.
• We accept cash payment and the credit cards Eurocard, Visa, Mastercard (no Diners Club an American Express).

• If the final account is paid cash you will get a discount of 1%
• With this price list all existing ones are not valid anymore. Prices are subject to change without notice. Printing errors, changes in supply and errors excepted.
